Key Responsibilities Promote and sell oncology diagnostic tests to oncologists, pathologists, and related clinical stakeholders. Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve or exceed sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including hospitals, cancer centers, and health systems. Educate clinicians on test utility, clinical value, and appropriate use in patient care. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and medical teams to support customer needs. Manage the sales process from prospecting through account growth and retention. Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and forecasting data within CRM systems. Stay current on oncology trends, competitive landscape, and evolving diagnostic technologies. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in healthcare sales, preferably within diagnostics, oncology, molecular testing, or medical devices. Strong understanding of the oncology care pathway and clinical decision-making process. Ability to communicate complex scientific or clinical information clearly and credibly. Demonstrated success managing a sales territory and closing new business. Excellent relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role. Proficiency with CRM tools and standard sales reporting practices. Education & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; life sciences, business, or related field preferred. 2+ years of healthcare sales experience (oncology or diagnostics strongly preferred). Experience calling on oncologists, hematologists, pathologists, or hospital systems is a plus. Ability to travel within assigned territory as needed.
