The Role We’re seeking a seasoned Account Executive or Business Developer to join our World Class Sales Team. You’ll work directly with executives at banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions to identify operational gaps, guide them through assessments, and position mysherpas as a trusted partner. Hunter-style, enterprise sales role: you will source most of your own opportunities, lead consultative conversations, and close complex deals. Access to world-class prospecting and pipeline management tools to efficiently source, progress, and close deals. Focus on productivity over activity—goal is closing business, not just making dials. Who We’re Looking For Experienced selling into banks, credit unions, or lending institutions. Familiar with challenger-style selling or MEDDPICC frameworks. Strong executive presence and comfort selling into the C-suite. Proven track record navigating complex, enterprise-level deals. Humble, hungry, and highly motivated.
Key Responsibilities Lead discovery conversations with executives and teams to uncover operational inefficiencies. Drive prospects from discovery to subscription of the mysherpas platform. Maintain disciplined sales pipeline and CRM hygiene (Sales Force & Sales Loft preferred). Represent mysherpas at industry events, roundtables, and conferences.
What Success Looks Like Consistent execution of strategic discovery sessions with executives. Strong conversion from assessments to platform subscriptions. Trusted advisor status with financial institutions based on credibility and insight. Achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
