$50,000 – $150,000+ per year (uncapped commission) We’re Hiring 2–4 Sales Reps — No Experience Required Keystone Builders is a locally owned exterior remodeling company based in Maple Grove, serving the Twin Cities since 2017. We help homeowners with roofing, siding, windows, and gutters through a
mix of retail projects and storm restoration work . We’re looking for motivated, coachable people who want to learn sales, work hard, and control their income. Full training provided. What You’ll Do Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, and networking Run company-provided leads after performance is proven Sell and manage
both retail exterior projects and insurance-related work Inspect homes, meet with homeowners and adjusters, and close deals Communicate clearly and ensure customer satisfaction What You’ll Get Uncapped commission pay (top reps earn 6 figures) W-2 position Monthly vehicle allowance Performance bonuses Simple IRA with 3% company match Health insurance options Company truck & gas card after 1 year Training Provided and on going support Schedule:
