The Role
As a
Project Consultant , you will sell residential and commercial repaint projects while protecting margins and representing the PAINT CORPS brand at a high level. You’ll run appointments, present clear options, follow up relentlessly, and close deals. This is an in-person role. No remote work. No work-from-home.

Follow the PAINT CORPS proven sales process and pricing structure Close
40%+
of issued appointments Produce
$1M+ in annual sales Sell residential projects using our package system Sell larger commercial and specialty projects using custom pricing Deliver confident, professional presentations in homes and businesses Generate at least
30% of your own opportunities
through outreach, networking, and canvassing Coordinate with Operations to ensure clean handoffs and strong execution Maintain accurate CRM records and use company systems Represent PAINT CORPS at events, home shows, trade shows, and community functions Maintain a professional appearance and wear the PAINT CORPS uniform Show up energized, prepared, and accountable every day
