LinQ Transport is currently seeking
experienced Carrier Sales Representatives
out of the Bedford, TX area. This individual is responsible for sourcing and building relationships with transportation carriers to assist in hauling our client’s freight nationwide. Additional duties include building and developing carrier relationships, negotiating competitive carrier rates while maintaining company revenue and margin goals, generating load count, and covering shipments for our customer’s transportation needs.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Experience is required!
SKILLS: Detail Oriented Excellent communication Strong work ethic and self-motivated Ability to build long term partnerships with people at all levels of a business Ability to produce and multitask in a fast paced, changing, competitive environment Strong organizational skills Ability to communicate effectively using various methods such as phone, email and messenger Ability to remain persistent and positive An innovative thinker who enjoys learning and solving problems Enthusiastic, assertive, driven, dynamic, and flexible Strong negotiator Able to exercise independent judgment and discretion to reach viable decisions relative to business operations and carrier procurement.
