We are a boutique Real Estate Law Firm located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Qualifications Prior real estate closing experience of minimum of 5 years Expertise in Legal Document Preparation and Due Diligence for real estate transactions. Knowledge and experience with Title Insurance processes. Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and processing Leases and related real estate agreements. Experience and understanding of Commercial Real Estate procedures and practices. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to handle multiple transactions effectively. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work diligently in a remote team environment. Paralegal certification or equivalent work experience in the real estate legal field is preferred. Familiarity with real estate transaction software and tools is a plus.
Schedule:
Part-time (flexible hours) Location: Miami, Brickell
or REMOTE/hybrid depending on experience Compensation:
