is seeking a
Bilingual English/Japanese Sales Representative
to join their team in Torrance, CA. This position is responsible for developing new clients as well as maintaining existing clients.
A bachelor's degree, 5 years of sales in a related field, Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to conversational Japanese language skill is a big plus but not mandatory.
This is a full-time position, in person, exempt position with bonus, excellent benefits, and 401k. (M-F 9:00-5:30)
Bilingual English/Japanese Sales Representative Duties: -Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, etc -Visiting prospective customers and conducting sales promotions -Preparing quotations and negotiating prices with customers -Demonstrating machines in the showroom or at customer sites (may involve carrying heavy machines) -Delivering machines and providing operation training upon delivery -Providing after-sales support to customers -Preparing sales activity reports for the manager -Preparing in-house documents for machine shipments -Assisting visitors at exhibitions -Supporting technical team and other departments as needed
Bilingual English/Japanese Sales Representative Skills: -Must have a bachelors degree -Conversational Japanese language skill is a big plus but not mandatory -Must have 5 years sales experience in related industries -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Words, PowerPoint) -Interest in Japanese (food) culture
