As a Senior Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading strategic client relationships and delivering exceptional marketing solutions for global B2B brands. You’ll be responsible for managing high-value accounts, developing integrated marketing strategies, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure impactful outcomes and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities: Build and nurture strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a trusted strategic partner. Lead the integration of brand and demand, creating seamless customer experiences across channel, media, creative, content, and messaging to drive growth. Manage day-to-day client engagement, ensuring delivery of high-quality work, on time and within budget. Drive organic growth within accounts by identifying new opportunities and contributing to strategic planning and upselling initiatives. Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and media teams to deliver seamless, integrated campaigns. Support new business efforts by contributing to pitches and proposals. Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement.

8+ years in an agency setting, with a strong track record of managing and growing B2B client relationships. Strategic Thinking:
Solid understanding of integrated marketing, digital channels, and B2B buyer journeys. Leadership:
