POSITION OVERVIEW -
The basic function of the Account Manager at Green Sign Co., Inc. is to be the driving force behind sales and service at Green Sign Co and assist with development and growth of the company. Other functions include: – Take care of existing and new customers -Base $45,000 - $60,000 w/ No capped Commissions -Hybrid position / Requiring the ability to be in Greensburg 2-3x weekly with company car provided. -Ensuring proper approvals and documentation once sale is made, before handing to the next department. (Including accurate notes of what is inside our signs, name brands, & or what parts and truck # was needed for a sign or location – helping yourself & others for future development, WO’s & or Service) -Meet your sales goals & be profitable -Be creative and sell our award-winning designs, Sign Series, Retro Fits, & Maintenance Agreements -Be an expert of our products and limitations -Do signs for installs and service with other sign companies (The goal is to get more work from our clients rather than other sign company’s clients.) -Cold Calls- For new business. (email, face to face, drop by new clients, request referrals, night surveys ect.) -Provide more knowledge & information of GSC products to increase sales with existing clients.
REQUIREMENTS -Willing to commute to the office for training (a successful account manager knows & believes in the products they are selling) -Prior knowledge of the sign industry a PLUS. -Prefer Sales Experience 3-5 years. -Must have and keep a valid Driver’s License. -Must pass a background check -Must have computer experience and the ability to learn specialized software programs in a timely manor. -Must have great oral and written communication skills. -Must have a great ability to distinguish colors and read sign layouts, building & plat map. -Must be mechanically inclined. -Must have the ability to close the sale. -Willingness to learn all GSC Sign Series, Products, substrates, and limitations & to participate in ongoing education in sales & products -Cold Calling Experience -Experience with conceptual sales, solution selling, and value based selling a plus. -Must be honest with clients and team at all times. -Must have excellent math skills. -Must be able to take accurate survey’s -Passion for continuing to grow and develop a successful business. -Positive outgoing attitude. -Holds trust and accountability for oneself and other teammates to the highest value.
