
Key Account Manager (Phoenix)

We are seeking a proactive Account Manager to partner with our self storage customers, strengthen long-term relationships, and drive account growth within an assigned national territory.
You will play a critical part in customer success by ensuring clients realize ongoing value from our solutions while identifying opportunities to expand partnerships and improve performance.
The IT Solutions Company was founded in 2003 and is a leading technology provider to the self-storage industry. The company delivers software-enabled solutions including online auctions, access control systems, self-service kiosks, and call center services to self-storage operators across North America, with a growing international presence. Phoenix supports many of the largest self-storage owners and operators in the United States.
What You’ll Do Build and nurture trusted relationships with a portfolio of B2B customers Partner with the Business Development Manager to support account growth and retention Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities aligned with customer goals Lead onboarding and coordinate internal teams to ensure a smooth go-live experience Monitor customer health, adoption, and success metrics to drive value realization Conduct regular business reviews and provide actionable insights Advocate for customers and ensure timely resolution of issues Maintain accurate CRM records and support trade shows, events, and webinars Lead end-to-end sales efforts within an assigned territory, from outreach to close
Qualifications Bachelors Degree in any discipline 3+ years in a B2B customer-facing role (Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or similar), work in an office setting with various trade show expo events. Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills Experience managing diverse accounts from small businesses to enterprise clients Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and CRM systems (Dynamics preferred) Ability to interpret data and use insights to drive decisions Willingness to travel within the territory as needed
