Job Description As an Account Executive (AE) at ADVANCE, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth for our implementation, strategy consulting, and managed services by prescribing and positioning the right solutions for customers. Successful AEs at Advance Solutions are voracious in their networking, prospecting, and obsession over customer experience. You will be expected to create and run your own book of business by consistently applying strategic relationship development tactics to land and expand net new accounts.

Responsibilities · Maniacally prospect and build a pipeline of opportunity across a very large territory · Proactively network within the industry to uncover new client opportunities and associated revenue. · Establish long-lasting client relationships with Business Leaders, to ensure customer experience and alignment to organizational objectives · Lead cross-functional internal resource teams in the conceptualization, creation and presentation of customer-facing solutions to meet their business and technical needs · Collaborate effectively and leverage subject matter experts for pre- and post-sales strategy · Manage all phases of the sales cycle, including demand generation, proposal development, scoping and estimating, negotiating Statements of Work and hand-off to service delivery · Quality control all documentation going before customer is aligned to identified customer outcomes

Experience · 4+ years of enterprise professional services and platform sales experience with a proven record of exceeding quota · Previous experience in some aspect of the ServiceNow ecosystem is highly desired · Proven success building out a new territory or patch

Requirements · Commitment to travel and spend time with customers, face-to-face · Sense of urgency and unwavering commitment to high quality work product. This includes tactfully navigating our internal organization to ensure alignment between Advance and the customer. · Commitment to high volumes of outbound prospecting and relationship building. · Buy in to the importance of high-quality written communication at all times. ·

Must be located in one of the following areas: Santa Clara, San Jose, Seattle, Denver, Tampa, Dallas, Atlanta
