The Opportunity We are seeking a driven, energetic Inside Sales Executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves hunting for new business. This is a unique opportunity to join a young, innovative fintech company at a pivotal stage of expansion.
What You’ll Do • Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and engage new business opportunities. • Deliver sales pitches via phone and virtual meetings. • Communicate the value of PlanPay’s no-debt payment plan platform. • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. • Maintain an active pipeline through consistent outreach. • Collaborate with leadership on messaging and strategy. • Represent PlanPay with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities & KPIs • High-volume daily outbound calls • Targeted outbound email campaigns • CRM pipeline management • Qualified demos booked • Opportunities advanced • New deals closed • Meeting or exceeding quotas
What We’re Looking For • Minimum 2 years of sales experience • Hunter mentality and strong drive to close deals • Excellent phone communication skills • Ability to thrive with minimal oversight • Comfortable with high activity and targets • Curious, resourceful, and proactive • Strong organisational skills and CRM familiarity
