The Role: We are looking for a
Sales Executive (SE)
to join our team. This is a
closing role
in the SMB dental vertical. In this position, you will manage inbound leads full cycle — from booking to running demos — and also run outbound demos generated by our SDR team. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth handoff to the training & onboarding team, setting each account up for a successful launch and driving loan volume. This is a
high-volume, high-impact role
where you will directly contribute to the companies growth while shaping how dental practices offer financing to their patients.
What You’ll Own: Respond to and manage inbound leads A-Z (full cycle, including close) Run high-quality demos over Zoom and sign deals generated by the SDR team or through self-booking Partner closely with SDRs to maximize conversion rates from first touch to demo Track and manage opportunities in Salesforce to maintain a clean pipeline and consistently achieve sales targets & KPIs Leverage sales tools such as
Outreach.io
and Salesforce to drive efficiency and results Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a smooth and successful onboarding experience and drive adoption and usage
What You'll Bring to the Table: Bachelor’s degree 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or healthcare Proven at presenting solutions and converting leads, comfortable running multiple daily demos Strong communication and presentation skills and interpersonal skills Organized and driven team player who manages a pipeline with attention to detail in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
