The Role: Account Executive This is more than a sales job—it’s a launchpad. As an Account Executive, you will be trained, coached, and developed into a high-impact contributor responsible for building client relationships, driving strategic growth, and owning the full sales cycle. You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment where your ideas matter, your effort is noticed, and your wins are celebrated. What You’ll Do Grow. Build. Win. Repeat. Participate in DMG’s immersive training program covering sales strategy, operations, tech platforms, and client management. Build strong, long-term client relationships based on trust, insights, and results. Deliver compelling presentations and product demos that clearly communicate ROI and value. Manage a clean, accurate Salesforce pipeline and forecast like a pro. Own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to negotiating contracts and expanding accounts. Understand client facility needs and deliver tailored, strategic solutions. Support and contribute to team goals, monthly KPIs, and quarterly targets. Shadow experienced leaders to master consultative selling techniques. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure flawless execution and service delivery. Conduct regular client check-ins, resolve issues, and keep communication strong. Serve as the go-to point of contact for your book of business. Provide clear reporting on sales activity, growth metrics, and pipeline progression. Be a relentless advocate for the customer—day, night, or weekend. Perform additional duties as assigned.

What You Bring You don’t need decades of experience—just drive, coachability, and a desire to be great. 0–6 years in sales, account management, or B2B operations. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. Sales experience (B2B/B2C) or facility maintenance exposure is a plus. Naturally competitive, curious, and eager to learn. Excellent communicator—verbal, written, and in front of a room. Comfortable in fast-paced environments with changing priorities. Able to navigate organizations and identify key decision makers. Strong Microsoft Office skills (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.). CRM experience—Salesforce preferred. Entrepreneurial spirit with a team-first mindset. Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel when needed. Ability to meet in-person business and team requirements.
