360 Account Manager

who can handle the full staffing cycle — recruitment, business development, and account management. This is not just a sales role. This is not just a recruiter role. This is a true

Position Overview This is a high-impact 360 position where you will: Generate new business Recruit and place candidates Manage client relationships Grow billable hours within your territory You will work closely with leadership while having autonomy over your desk.

Key Responsibilities 1.Business Development Prospect and cold-call companies in light industrial, logistics, warehouse, auction, and food production sectors Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with hiring managers and executives Present staffing solutions and negotiate pricing agreements Prepare and send proposals and service contracts Develop and grow your local territory 2.Recruitment & Fulfillment Source, screen, and interview candidates Match candidates to open client roles Coordinate onboarding and ensure smooth placement Work with internal recruiters when needed to scale fulfillment Maintain strong candidate relationships 3. Account Management Build long-term relationships with clients Conduct site visits and service reviews Ensure orders are filled accurately and on time Resolve client concerns quickly Identify upsell and expansion opportunities

Qualifications Minimum 2 years of staffing agency experience Experience working a full desk (preferred) Strong sales and negotiation skills Confident handling both client and candidate conversations Highly motivated and self-driven Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
