Our client is looking for a

Customer Success Specialist

to support the operational success of their customer programs across assigned locations. This is a field-based role that partners with customer teams to ensure smooth execution, strong performance, and an exceptional end-user experience.

Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with customer teams to drive engagement and satisfaction Provide training and ongoing support to ensure operational excellence Monitor program performance, identify opportunities, and implement process improvements Troubleshoot and resolve issues across software, hardware, and service areas Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams in operations, marketing, finance, and quality Conduct business reviews and deliver insights to customers to drive growth and success Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and service standards across locations

What We’re Looking For Strong customer relationship management and communication skills Hands-on problem solver with the ability to work across multiple functions Experience in customer success, account management, operations, or field support roles Ability to analyze performance data and recommend solutions Comfortable working independently in the field and traveling as needed
