Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Consultant based in Joplin, MO. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. The role includes assisting customers through the sales process, building relationships, maintaining customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. The consultant will also ensure timely follow-ups and provide exceptional service to create a positive customer experience.
Qualifications Experience in Sales Consulting and Consulting with the ability to effectively identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to foster long-term client relationships Excellent Communication skills to build rapport with customers and clearly convey product information Ability to meet sales goals and work collaboratively as part of a team Proven track record in a sales role, experience in the RV or automotive industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree in Business or a related field is beneficial Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools
