
The Account Supervisor is responsible for leading assigned accounts, owning key client relationships, and ensuring strategic alignment, operational excellence, and account growth. This role oversees day-to-day account activity while guiding cross-functional teams, managing budgets and scopes, and coaching team members. The Account Supervisor serves as a strategic partner to clients and plays a critical role in expanding account scope and strengthening long-term client relationships.

Client & Account Leadership Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact and trusted advisor Own the client relationship for assigned accounts Lead client meetings, strategic discussions, and presentations Ensure alignment with all members for each project and keeping Senior account members informed of campaigns Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving Strategic Planning & Execution Lead development of account plans, briefs, and integrated strategies Translate client objectives into actionable plans across disciplines Ensure work aligns with client goals, cultural insights, and agency standards Team Leadership & Development Manage and mentor Account Executives and Account Coordinators Set clear expectations, delegate effectively, and provide ongoing feedback Support performance development and promotion readiness Financial & Operational Oversight Own account budgets, scopes, forecasts, and staffing needs Ensure work is delivered on time and within budget Anticipate and mitigate risks related to scope, timing, or resources when issues arise Proactive Growth Leadership Identify and lead organic growth opportunities within assigned accounts Initiate and lead upsell and scope-expansion conversations while keeping the account lead informed. Partner with internal leadership to introduce new capabilities and offerings Support overall account goal and growth of the team and agency AI-Enabled Strategy & Efficiency Leverage AI tools to support forecasting, scenario planning, and growth modeling Guide teams in responsible and effective use of AI to improve quality and efficiency Identify opportunities to integrate AI into workflows to improve account performance You’ll Also Embody and Uphold Our Agency Values: Dedication We are committed to doing quality work in all aspects of what we do. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field 5+ years of experience in an account management role Experience overseeing integrated campaigns across media platforms Hispanic Market experience Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Automotive experience required**
