We are searching for fantastic On-Premise and Off-Premise Sales Engineers for our Merchant division. Who knows it might just be you!  Role Description The Sales Representative is responsible for collaborating with the Customers to ensure their orders are properly delivered, merchandised, and priced. In addition, the Sales Representative assists with customer needs, submits replenishment orders, and builds good working relationships with account personnel.

In this role, you will : ·

Solidify strong customer relationships ·

Work with customers to understand areas where support is needed and then provide this help/support. ·

Place prices and descriptive signs on product ·

Prepare and maintain displays ·

Maintain merchandising reports ·

Survey the account for merchandising opportunities and presents promotional activities/material that will improve their representation in the store ·

Report competitive activity and pricing as it occurs to immediate supervisor ·

Cover open sales territory, as needed and as applicable, due to absence or vacation ·

This position will require the employee to work some nights, some weekends, and/or some holidays

Job Duties: Call on accounts and cover daily routes by creating an established and efficient routing pattern Analyze entire account base by visiting each account and identifying opportunities Manage customer account receivables by timely processing of credits and returns and communicating with accounts on aged receivables Service accounts by delivering products to customers in extenuating circumstances, handling customer issues and complaints and referring to these issues, as appropriate to management Attain standards of performance goals by achieving the distribution, volume and activity goals as set by management Territory will comprise of on premise (Bars, Restaurants, Convenent Store and Package Stores

etc) accounts.

Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred. 24 Month MINIMUM related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in Alcohol business. Requires a current, valid state driver’s license, and ability to meet vehicle insurance requirements as defined by the company. Product knowledge applicable to spirits industry. Experience stocking shelves and understanding of how to create product displays. Passion for selling; highly driven professional, motivated and enthusiastic Ultimate focus on our customers and our business Communication skills need to be articulate, clear and concise Ability to lift up to 50lbs sometimes repeatedly Great organizational and time management skills
