Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Account Manager, based in Brookings, SD. Responsibilities include managing and building relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing and maintaining accounts. The role involves identifying and generating new leads, assessing customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions. The Sales Account Manager will also act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring the seamless execution of projects and resolving any issues to maintain high service levels.
Qualifications Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Experience in Account Management and ability to nurture and maintain long-term relationships Proficiency in Lead Generation and developing new sales opportunities Strong Communication skills, including active listening, negotiation, and presenting to clients Understanding of precision metal fabrication processes and market trends is a plus Ability to work effectively on and off-site in a dynamic and team-focused environment Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience
