Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Estimator Representative based in Pompton Lakes, NJ. The Sales Estimator Representative will be responsible for meeting with clients to understand project requirements, providing accurate estimates, and establishing long-term client relationships. The role will include responsibilities such as managing customer interactions, creating pricing models, developing business opportunities, and collaborating with teams to ensure successful project delivery. The representative will also assist in identifying opportunities for prospecting and expanding the client base.
Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with clients and ensure customer satisfaction. Sales and Business Development skills to identify and develop new opportunities and grow the client network. Experience in Project Estimation to prepare accurate and cost-effective proposals for various projects. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with strong organizational and time management skills. Familiarity with the painting or home improvement industry is a plus. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and fostering client relationships. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for customer visits are required.
