Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Air and Ocean Export Coordinator located in Miami, FL. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing air and ocean export shipments, preparing necessary documentation, coordinating with clients and carriers, and ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations. Responsibilities also include tracking shipments, issuing invoices, maintaining schedules, and providing excellent customer service to address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Qualifications Strong knowledge of export processes, including air and ocean freight logistics Proficiency in preparing shipping documents, such as bills of lading, export declarations, and commercial invoices Proficiency in using logistics software and tools for tracking shipments and managing data Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Effective communication and customer service skills for liaising with clients and carriers Problem-solving skills for resolving shipment delays or other logistical challenges Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Knowledge of international shipping regulations and compliance standards Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
