What You’ll Do Prospect and connect with new clients through outbound sales efforts Apply consultative sales strategies to understand and solve client needs Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Qualify leads and assist throughout the full sales cycle Partner with leadership to exceed weekly and monthly sales targets Track performance and manage pipeline activity using CRM tools
What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Interest in sales, business development, consulting, or account management Competitive, goal-oriented mindset Coachable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment No prior sales experience required — full training provided
