Location: Remote (Local to Houston, TX)
Client Site: Downtown Houston, TX (As per client requirement)

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to join our team, responsible for coordinating with both our clients and offshore recruitment team. This role involves hands-on recruitment, sourcing, and coordinating efforts to ensure seamless communication and fulfilment of staffing needs. While the role is primarily remote, the candidate will be required to visit the client's downtown Houston location as needed. Key Responsibilities: Client Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for the client, understanding their staffing needs and managing expectations. Collaboration with Offshore Teams: Work closely with the offshore recruitment team to ensure alignment in candidate sourcing and job requirements. End-to-End Recruitment: Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates. Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future staffing needs. Job Posting & Sourcing: Create compelling job descriptions and post on various job boards; actively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, clients, and internal teams. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with company policies and applicable employment laws. Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to leadership and clients on recruitment status and metrics.
Qualifications: Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably with both onshore and offshore teams. Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, and onboarding. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively manage client relationships. Ability to work in a remote setting but available to visit the client site in downtown Houston, TX as needed. Knowledge of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Requirements: Must be local to Houston, TX. Ability to visit the client's downtown Houston site on an as-needed basis. Experience working with offshore recruitment teams is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
