Patent Prosecution Associate - Organic Chemistry / Biochemistry
Our client is a top firm, seeking a midlevel patent prosecution associate in its Pharmaceutical practice for the New York or Boston offices. The salary range for this position is between $245,000 - $340,000.
Qualifications 3-5 years of patent prosecution experience, including preparing and filing patent applications, conducting freedom-to-operate and patentability analyses. Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related discipline is required. Bar admission in New York or Masasachusetts. USPTO admission required. Excellent academic credentials. Strong written and verbal communication skills; team focused. All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
