As a Real Estate Attorney, you will Represent developers, lenders, landlords, and community associations Handle commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, purchase, financing, and leasing Review, analyze, negotiate, and draft agreements, deeds, loan documents, leases, declarations, and covenants Manage others to ensure timely closings and meet milestones
Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Active bar membership in Virginia 5+ years of relevant legal experience Strong knowledge of commercial real estate law, leasing and related areas Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
