As a
Sales Account Manager , you will be responsible for engaging with provided leads and establishing long-lasting relationships with B2B decision-makers to ensure customer satisfaction and a consistent flow of revenue. A hunter mindset with the desire to both grow and maintain new and current accounts is critical to building a sales pipeline. You will get to go on plant visits from time to time and see the production facility!
A qualified candidate will be able to build strong relationships, leveraging their personality and sales skills to sell our services and provide solutions to their clients. Responsibilities:
Engage proactively with provided leads via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to understand their industrial repair needs. Build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their pain points and offering tailored repair solutions to meet their requirements. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline by consistently following up with leads. Keep detailed records of interactions, opportunities, and client information using CRM software for effective pipeline management and reporting. Meet and exceed sales targets. Collaborate with the sales team to learn about different industries and solutions that can be provided to clients. Stay current with industry trends and needs.
Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience preferred. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Self-motivated and driven to succeed. Ability to perform duties in a high-pressure, fast-paced, always-changing environment. Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities. Excellent negotiation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. High level of energy and a commitment to excellence! Team player Coachable and always willing to learn.
