Role Description We are hiring
Commission-Driven Account Managers
to aggressively grow and manage customer relationships through quoting, closing, and expanding freight opportunities. This is
not an operations role . This role is built for individuals who thrive in sales environments, want to work as much as possible, and are motivated by commission and performance-based compensation. You will own your book of business and be responsible for driving revenue through activity, urgency, and strategic client relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Actively quote freight and pursue new and existing opportunities Build and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with shippers Grow revenue and margin within your book of business Follow up relentlessly and push deals forward Take full ownership of performance and results
Qualifications
Required: Highly competitive, aggressive, and self-motivated mindset Strong desire to earn commission and maximize income Willingness to work extended hours to build and grow a book of business Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable in a high-pressure, performance-based environment
Preferred: Sales experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation Proven track record in commission-based sales (logistics or other industries) Experience building and managing client relationships independently
