Key Responsibilities Engage high-level decision-makers through strategic, multi-channel outreach Build & manage your own book of business across a defined niche Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities Serve as a trusted advisor to both clients & candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle Leverage internal tools & team support to stay organized and maximize efficiency Contribute to the firm’s growth while carving out your own long-term path
Key Requirements 5+ years in inside sales, business development, 360 recruiting, or consultative B2B sales Track record of generating new business & managing long sales cycles Confidence in cold outreach, negotiation & building trust quickly Entrepreneurial drive & ability to work independently within a team-oriented culture Coachability & desire for continuous improvement Tech-savviness & strong communication skills
