Position Overview Position Summary The ideal candidate for this role will possess a customer first mindset, be a self-starter, have great attention to detail and work well within a team. This position is responsible for communicating with customers, entering orders accurately and timely, and following up on work orders. Job Duties Manages an established customer base and ensures customer satisfaction Prepare and enter order information into the ERP system according to established procedures and standards Able to manage a high volume of customer requests through various forms of communication Demonstrates teamwork to ensure accurate work and information is processed Establishes and maintains rapport with customers Other duties as assigned Qualifications · Previous Inside/Customer Service experience preferred · Industry knowledge is strongly preferred · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Customer focused mindset with great attention to detail · Able to work well in a fast-paced environment Ohio Pickling and Processing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
