About the Role

Our Product Owners help bring our mission to life through the design, build, implementation, and iteration of tools that power financial independence. As a Senior Product Owner, you will support our platform, owning key delivery milestones and goals centered on product improvement, expansion, and scale.

You'll identify and prioritize opportunities to simplify and improve our processes, design innovative solutions to modernize the trading experience and work cross-functionally to deliver scalable capabilities - all while ensuring adherence to regulatory and risk management guidelines. You'll be the subject matter expert in your domain, track adoption and usage, and continue to iterate and improve the platform over time.

What You'll Do Assist in defining the product strategy, priorities, and roadmap for the Options & Margin space to deliver value to end users while driving business outcomes for DriveWealth and our partners Take 'end to end' ownership and accountability for Margin & Option balance calculations for Margin, Limited Purpose Margin and Cash accounts Take 'end to end' ownership of Margin Call flows, Cash account violation flows Own requirements and build for both API & FIX workflows for the evolution of the DriveWealth platform, including external-facing features, foundational features, and back-end operational considerations Collaborate with the project managers and engineering team to define and execute a best-in-class offering Partner effectively with the design, legal, compliance, brokerage, operations, sales & relationship mgmt and engineering team to build, test, and launch products "end to end" inclusive of GTM plans and tactics Consolidate feedback from internal stakeholders and partners on their experience to continuously improve our offering Contribute to building a compelling vision and business case for new product offerings or enhancements to existing offerings Assist with management of third-party relationships including exchanges, market makers, clearing members, and technology vendors Provide support for Go-To-Market planning and execution to launch products and drive adoption and usage What You'll Need

7-10 years of experience as a senior business analyst, product owner, or product manager in the trading platform industry, encompassing equities trading execution, settlement, and clearing processes Proven ability in building out product enhancements in the retail and/or institutional brokerage space Familiarity and expertise with Reg T Margin and Options Calculations, FINRA rule 4210 Experience with REST API and FIX platforms Proficient in SQL queries An ability to roll up your sleeves, act as a 'player/coach', specifically for critical tasks such as defining and clarifying product requirements Strong written communication skills including the ability to write clear, concise product specifications Manage cross-functional teams in matrixed environments, navigating complexity, and clearly communicating complex information to various stakeholders Ability to work from our NYC office at a cadence set by the Hiring Manager

Compensation Compensation package offerings are based on candidate experience and technical qualifications, as it relates to the role. These are identified and determined throughout your interviewing experience. Please note : this role is expected to come into our office on a cadence set by the Hiring Manager/Team.

New York, NY (Hybrid) Pay Range

$175,000-$225,000 USD

Pay is generally based upon the level, complexity, responsibility, location and job duties / requirements of the specific position. We then source candidates with the requisite skills, expertise, education, training, and experience.
