The Role:

We are seeking a professional, friendly, reliable, and Office Assistant to become part of our team. This role is a great way to join a growing team supporting key administrative, accounting, and marketing activities across the 3LED group of companies.

Responsibilities:

Enter invoices, sales orders, and credit card purchases into QuickBooks. Assist with other basic accounting and data entry tasks as needed. Support marketing activities, including preparing materials and light graphic design (Photoshop or Canva). Maintain organized office files, supplies, and records. Provide general administrative support to management and team members. Welcome visitors, answer phones, and handle general inquiries. Qualifications:

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with QuickBooks required. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Basic graphic design ability (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or Canva) preferred. Dependable, positive, and professional attitude. Why Join 3LED:
