Service | Quality | Knowledge


The Dealer Sales Representative will be responsible for sales relating to dealers in Southwest Kansas and the Oklahoma Panhandle. They will work with dealers on their needs for Alfalfa and other legumes, Summer Annual Forages, Wheat, Oats, Triticale, Native Grasses, Turf and Seed Care Products.


This is a fully remote position but requires the successful candidate to live in Southwest Kansas or the Oklahoma Panhandle.


Responsibilities

Take orders and respond to dealer and retail customer needs and inquiries.

Call on dealers to promote and sell products by providing information and sales assistance.

Identify new dealer prospects within territory and recruit new dealers.

Present product and production information to dealers and/or their customers through meetings and sales calls. May include

observation plantings and field days.

Will provide support to designated dealer network. Territory consists of counties East of Grand Island.

Assist with phone calls surrounding agronomic questions around product sold.

Work with company agronomist in meeting presentations and in dealing with replant requests.

Represent company at trade shows, conferences and meetings as directed.

Participate in quarterly sales strategy meetings.

Provide information for company newsletter and marketing.

Organize territory for economically efficient dealer contact.

Maintain records of dealer calls and dealer information.

Provide written reports to supervisor on weekly sales activity.


This is a full Salary time position exempt from Overtime.

Salary based on experience and qualifications.



Requirements:

Experience / Education and Skills Required

Previous Agriculture experience

Proficient in Excel and other MS Office Programs

Detail Oriented

Able to lift 50lbs

Clean Driving Record
