Fenimore Farm is seeking enthusiastic, outgoing individuals to work as historic interpreters and
demonstrators in our mid-19th century country village and carousel.
If you enjoy the thought of helping to bring history to life and learning crafts and trades of the past, then a new opportunity at Fenimore Farm may be for you. The education team is currently hiring for several interpretation areas. All training will be provided.
These positions are seasonal (April - October), with employment up to five days per week. Qualified candidates should be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. $16/hour.
Fenimore Farm & Country Village will continue to serve as a center for education, a guardian of artifacts from our rural past, and a community hub.
Fenimore Farm & Country Village communicates dynamism through its unique location, encompassing a broad range of exhibits and activitieseverything from a beautiful rural setting and a historic village to special events and programs, and a working farm. The name also aligns seamlessly with Fenimore Art Museum, which was part of the original property. We believe returning to the propertys original name better serves our visitors as it clearly defines the museums focus.
