Front Desk Sales & Sales Associate2535 hours/week | Evenings & Weekends RequiredCompensation: Hourly + Team Performance BonusWe are a growing youth sports training center seeking a reliable, accountable, high-energy team member to serve as a key anchor in our small business. This role combines front desk operations, sales, customer service, and light marketing and is critical to the daily success of our facility.Schedule Requirements (non-negotiable): Weekdays: 4:009:00 PM Saturdays: 10:00 AM5:00 PM Sundays: 11:00 AM8:00 PMWhat Youll Be Responsible For: Selling and supporting sports tournaments, camps, clinics, private instructors, facility rentals, and training technology Front desk operations and customer interaction with families and athletes Consistent follow-up using a CRM system and computer-based tools Contributing to marketing, social media, networking, and lead generation Supporting a fast-paced, kid-focused training environmentWhat Were Looking For: Proven reliability, consistency, and accountability Strong communication and sales skills (or demonstrated experience in similar roles) Comfort using computers, CRM systems, and basic technology Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities without micromanagement Enjoys working in a small business where individual effort directly impacts resultsStrongly Preferred / Bonus Skills: Baseball, softball, soccer, or general sports background Experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles Comfort with social media and community outreach Ability to assist with or train kids in sports (major plus) College degree preferred, but not requiredThis is not a corporate, clock-in/clock-out role.
