If youre a proactive creator who prefers writing the playbook to just following one, youll fit right in.The Sales Engine: Lead Management & GrowthOwn the Bay Area Funnel: Manage Bay Area leads in Salesforce, driving outbound outreach to convert prospects into subscribers and owners.Test Ride Mastery: Host test rides and consultations, expertly tailoring bike setups to a customers specific needs.Local Activation: Be the "boots on the ground" at community events, turning curious passersby into Wombi enthusiasts.Onboarding & AdvocacyPerfect Handovers: Lead rider on-boarding with thorough product handovers, safety training, and accessory fitting to ensure every rider leaves the store feeling confident with their new ride.Rider Outreach: Conduct Care Connects with current riders to anticipate issues before they happen and ensure they are getting the most out of their subscription.The "Rider Champion": Synthesize customer feedback into actionable insights for the Product and Marketing teams to help "write the playbook" for our next city launch.Operations & SystemsCross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with Customer Ops and the General Manager to ensure the service experience is seamless from shop to street.Process Design: Don't just follow the rulesimprove them. Youll contribute to refining our service workflows and internal business systems.Data Stewardship: Maintain meticulously accurate client records in Salesforce to ensure we always know our riders stories.What Youll Need to Thrive2+ Years of "Full-Contact" Success: Experience in sales or customer success, ideally with a high-consideration product or subscription service.A Salesforce Native: Youre comfortable navigating CRM data and understand that if it isn't in Salesforce, it didn't happen.Mechanical Curiosity: You dont need to be a bike mechanic, but you should be eager to "get into the gears" of our Tern e-bike lineup and accessories. Bonus if you are familiar with the products or e-bikes in general.The "Wombi" Spirit: You are proactive, mission-driven, and genuinely excited about greener mobility options.
