We offer a comprehensive training program to ensure that our new team members make an easy transition into our company. You will have the ability to grow your business and create your own success through clientelling. There is unlimited earning potential and you can expect to be compensated as your sales continue to grow!
What your day will look like:
You use your in-depth product knowledge, and great style, to help our customers furnish their home with furniture that works within their budget and lifestyle
You partner with all team members to create a seamless, in-store sales transaction and a positive home delivery experience
You set and achieve individual sales goals
