No cold callingyoull engage exclusively with inbound or pre-qualified prospects.Connect & qualify: Speak with interested prospects, confirm details, and guide them through next steps.Close with care: Conduct needs-based conversations for high-ticket offerings and move qualified buyers to a confident yes.Deliver white-glove service: Keep communications crisp, professional, and on-brand across calls, SMS, and email.Stay sharp: Maintain call systems/equipment and continuously level up on product knowledge and sales skills.Hit goals: Consistently meet or exceed activity, conversion, and revenue targets.QualificationsOutstanding phone presence and clear, persuasive verbal communication.Active listening skills and fast, accurate data entry.Relationship-building finesse, customer focus, and attention to detail.Professionalism under pressure and strong multitasking.Nice to have: Experience in call centers, SDR/BDR roles, or high-ticket sales.
