About This Role
TheBrand Ambassadorwill drive wholesale sales of cannabis and cannabis products to licensed dispensaries within their assigned territory. This role blendssales executionwithbrand ambassador responsibilities building strong relationships with dispensary buyers, budtenders, and end consumers to grow market share and increase brand visibility.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Wholesale Sales & Account Management
Prospect, pitch, and close wholesale cannabis sales with dispensaries across the assigned region.
Manage and grow existing accounts by providing exceptional service and support.
Track sales activities,pipeline, and results using CRM tools.
Customer Service and customer follow up
Brand Representation
Serve as the face of the brand at dispensary events, vendor days, product demos, and community activations.
Educate dispensary staff on product features, benefits, and brand story to ensureaccurateand enthusiastic promotion.
Collect market feedback on product performance, pricing, and competitor activity.
Collaboration & Reporting
Partner with marketing to plan and execute brand ambassador activities.
Communicate market trends, customer insights, and growth opportunities to leadership.
Ensure compliance with all state cannabis regulations in sales and promotional activities.
Coordinate withRetailteam to maximize SKUutilizationacross the company.
The Experience You Bring and the Skills we Need:
2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in cannabis, alcohol, beverage, or CPG industries.
Strongtrack recordof meeting/exceeding sales goals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Comfortablerepresentinga brand in public settings and engaging with diverse groups.
Knowledge of cannabis products, culture, and compliance regulations a plus.
Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel regionally.
