We're looking for Retail Sales Associates/Wireless Sales Professionals who are motivated to succeed and excited to help customers stay connected with the latest Verizon wireless plans, smartphones, and accessories.
Your day-to-day:
- Greet customers, listen to their needs, and match them with the best Verizon wireless solutions
- Stay current on devices, plans, and promotions to provide expert advice
- Drive sales goals while delivering a 5-star customer experience
- Complete transactions accurately using our POS system
- Handle customer concerns with confidence and care
We're looking for:
- Retail, customer service, or sales experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Goal-oriented, coachable, and team-focused
- Passion for technology and wireless products
