Job DescriptionNorthwest Golf Cars is a fast-growing Yamaha Golf Car distributor / dealership in the State of Washington and Northern Idaho. We serve golf courses, communities, resorts, businesses, and individuals. We specialize in sales of new and pre-owned golf cars, fleet sales, servicing & custom builds, and long-term customer relationships.We are looking for a proven high-performing salesperson to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys closing deals, building relationships, and being rewarded for performance.This is not a retail clerk role. You will own the sales process from first contact to delivery and be expected to consistently meet or exceed sales goals.Responsibilities        Sell new and pre-owned golf cars to individuals and commercial customers        Proactively generate and follow up on leads (walk-ins, inbound, outbound, referrals)        Consult customers on golf car solutions (personal, commercial, fleet)        Present pricing, financing, and upgrade options clearly and confidently        Close deals and manage the sale from first contact through delivery        Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules        Build long-term relationships for repeat and referral business        Partner with service and operations to ensure an excellent customer experience        Represent the brand professionally in-store, on-site, and at events *What Success Looks Like*        Consistently hitting or exceeding monthly/yearly sales targets        Understand current market and consistently assign fair market value on trade-ins (buying side)         High closing ratios and strong gross profit per unit        Positive customer reviews and repeat business        Organized pipeline with no missed follow-ups        Trusted advisor status with customers and partnersQualifications        2+ years of sales experience (automotive, powersports, RV, equipment, or similar preferred)        Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals        Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills        Self-starter mentality with strong time management        Comfortable discussing pricing, financing, and value        Play golf or have good understanding of the game        Valid drivers license*Having golf car sales experience and or being able to play golf is a big plus, but strong sales skills matter more.Compensation & Benefits        Base salary + uncapped commission        Performance bonuses        80 hours PTO        Medical Insurance (company covers half of the premium)        Product training and ongoing sales coaching        Employee discounts        Advancement as the company growsSchedule        Full-time        Weekday and some weekend availability requiredWhy Join Northwest Golf Cars?        High quality product in a growing market        No micromanagement results matter        Opportunity to help shape the sales process and culture        Room to grow within our organization
