This role is sales-only and consists of no administrative, scheduling, staffing, or operational responsibilities. Compensation:Commission:10% of the monthly contract value on eligible accountsPayment timing: Commissions are paid monthly after client payment is receivedEarnings: UncappedCommission duration: Commissions are earned on a recurring monthly basis while the Independent Contractor Agreement remains active and the contractor remains eligible/in good standing under the agreement.What Counts as an Eligible Sale (Documentation)To ensure accurate tracking and crediting:Sales must be properly documented (e.g., registered opportunity, client introduction trail, proposal/quote record, and/or executed service agreement)Only contracts accepted and executed by Foundation Security qualifyCommissions apply only to amounts actually collected from the clientCore Responsibilities (High-Level)Identify and pursue qualified prospects for security services (B2B and/or property-based clients)Conduct discovery, present solutions, and close new service agreementsMaintain professional communication and brand-aligned conduct in all interactionsCoordinate with ownership/leadership as needed to ensure accurate scoping and smooth handoff Performance Standards (Goals & KPIs)This is an independent role; however, continued eligibility is based on maintaining reasonable performance standards such as:Meeting sales goals and KPI targets established by ownership (e.g., pipeline health, proposal volume, closed revenue)Providing basic activity/pipeline reporting needed to verify origination and support commission accuracyMaintaining professional conduct that aligns with Foundation Securitys reputation and client expectationsQualificationsProven experience in B2B or service-based sales (security, facilities, property management, construction, or similar is a plus)Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-throughSelf-directed and comfortable operating in a commission-only structureProfessional presence and relationship-building abilityReliable transportation and ability to attend meetings as neededIndependent Contractor NotesThis is a 1099 independent contractor engagement (not employment)Contractor is responsible for their own taxes, tools, expenses, and work methodsCommission eligibility and continuation are governed by the executed Independent Contractor Agreement and commission schedule.
