Community Engagement Liaison

Job Description Job Description The Church of God Children's Home of North Carolina in Concord, NC, is seeking a full-time Community Engagement Liaison to serve as a key ambassador for our mission in Concord, N.C. Reporting to the Executive Director, this in-person role is responsible for building and strengthening relationships with churches, volunteers, donors, community partners, and civic organizations while promoting awareness, engagement, and support for the children's home. The ideal candidate will lead outreach initiatives, coordinate community events and volunteer efforts, organize events for the residents, support and drive fundraising efforts through donation drives, fundraising campaigns, and donor engagement, and create engaging content-such as newsletters, social media posts, and bulletins for the organization. This position requires a bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's Degree preferred), 3-5 years of community engagement or ministry-related experience, strong communication and organizational skills, flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed, and a heart for children with a deep commitment to Christian values and faith-driven service.
