Key Responsibilities Strategic Advisory & Vision:

Act as a trusted advisor to executive leaders, crafting effective communication strategies that resonate with internal and external audiences and reflect the firm's strategic direction. Integrated Communications Leadership:

Create and implement a cohesive communications strategy that utilizes technology and innovative channels for streamlined messaging. Brand Leadership:

Oversee external communications, including PR and social media, to elevate our brand reputation and promote thought leadership. Cross-Practice Collaboration:

Drive consistency and share best practices across service lines to enhance our communication and engagement efforts. Team Leadership & Empowerment:

Mentor and lead a high-performing communications team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Creative Channel Strategy:

Explore and embrace new communication channels to maximize impact and engagement. Measurement & Continuous Improvement:

Evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies using data-driven insights for continuous enhancement. Skills and Attributes for Success Visionary leadership and the ability to inspire teams through strategic communications. Experience in developing and executing communications strategies within a global organization. Proven success in managing external communications and building brand reputation. Strong leadership and team development capabilities. A passion for innovation and continuous improvement. Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills. Qualifications A minimum of 15 years of experience in leading communications within a professional services environment. A solid track record advising senior executives and shaping impactful communications. Demonstrated experience in designing and executing successful creative campaigns. Expertise in integrated, technology-enabled communications strategies. Proficiency in measuring and optimizing communication effectiveness. What We Offer You At EY, we provide a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that rewards your performance and recognizes your contributions. The base salary range for this position is $192,900 to $381,900, and varies based on geography, skills, and experience.
