is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, fostering consumer relationships, and achieving company goals in account management. This role is focused on driving customer growth and revenue through sales activities while ensuring customer satisfaction aligned with our core values. Work Schedule This is a full-time position with hours from Monday to Saturday, operating during store hours. Sundays are off, along with one additional weekday off. $14.45 to $17.00 . Key Responsibilities Customer Service Deliver exceptional customer experiences and assist with new orders in-store and over the phone. Deliveries and Pickups Engage in compliant loading/unloading and installation of products while maintaining clean and safe company vehicles. Merchandising Ensure a tidy and inviting store environment by organizing products and keeping the showroom clean. Requirements Minimum age of 18 years. High school diploma or GED required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift and move heavy items such as furniture and appliances.
