What You'll Do:
Welcome guests with confidence, friendliness, and professionalism. Guide customers through the Sparkle experience from start to finish. Promote wash packages and memberships in a clear, persuasive way. Drive membership sign-ups and upsells daily. Keep service flowing smoothly in a fast-paced environment. Work alongside a supportive team committed to excellence. Who We're Looking For:
Is naturally engaging, upbeat, and great with people. Enjoys a sales-focused environment and communicating value. Takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. Is dependable, motivated, and ready to grow. Has customer service or sales experience (preferred, not required). Pay & Perks:
$15/hr + $5/hr guaranteed commission for the first 90 days.
( $20/hr starting pay ). CSRs can earn well above $5/hr in commission through a clear, achievable sales program. Paid training and clear growth opportunities. Fun, people-first culture with leadership pathways.
