Position Overview: As an Enterprise Client Relationship Partner at Brink's, you will cultivate and sustain long-term executive relationships with national retailers, acting as a trusted collaborator and advisor. Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Brink's comprehensive solution portfolio to craft and deliver innovative solutions tailored to meet your clients’ unique business needs. Supported by a culture dedicated to coaching, development, and performance, you will proactively identify new growth opportunities within existing accounts and beyond. This position offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary and performance-based commissions. You will have opportunities for career advancement within Brink's, including potential paths to becoming a Sales Manager. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop sales opportunities with prospective clients and within a portfolio of established national retailers. Engage with customers to understand their needs through market research to uncover existing and potential business opportunities. Proactively seek future growth areas, formulating account growth strategies, building pipelines, analyzing performance for customer insights, and monitoring ongoing deals in Salesforce. Build trust and confidence with customer decision-makers, advising them on solutions for their cash management needs. Utilize data, case studies, and industry insights to deliver impactful presentations on Brink's value proposition and the benefits of our solutions. Negotiate and finalize deals, transforming identified opportunities across the solution portfolio into successful agreements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Customer Care, Operations, Marketing) to achieve objectives in account development and performance. Communicate market trends and competitive landscapes to Brink's leadership effectively. Perform additional duties that promote growth, customer loyalty, innovation, and operational excellence. Qualifications: Highly motivated with a track record of excellence in prior roles. Strong business acumen, including excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of business strategy, and negotiation experience. Minimum of 2 years managing high-level relationships with large national retailers or strategic accounts. Experience in selling integrated product solutions and managing RFP processes is preferred. Proficient in office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and familiar with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce). What’s Next? Thank you for considering a position at Brink's.
