Lead Civil Estimator

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Civil Estimating with a strong employment history.
Expert in generating detailed estimates covering material, labor, equipment, and time necessities.
Skilled in performing accurate quantity takeoffs and pricing for materials.
Robust understanding of project logistics and scheduling to efficiently meet deadlines.
Familiarity with estimating software such as HCSS HeavyBid, Bluebeam, Agtek, or B2W is a plus (or a willingness to learn is expected).
