Job Overview We are looking for a passionate Customer Success Product Specialist to manage our ATG and Red Jacket product portfolio. Your main goal will be to enhance customer satisfaction through exceptional support and timely solutions. You'll collaborate closely with Field Service, Technical Support, Product Management, Engineering, and Quality teams to provide expert technical advice based on real-world insights, significantly influencing product development and effectively resolving customer issues. Responsibilities Fortify the feedback loop between product management and engineering to boost the vitality of new products. Accelerate market share growth by promoting innovative platforms and features that establish our leadership and differentiate us from competitors. Identify key customer segments, comprehend their challenges, validate commercial hypotheses, and convey clear value propositions and market positioning. Champion customer needs throughout the product lifecycle to ensure development aligns with these requirements through active engagement and field trials. Streamline support applications to enhance interactions with our Environmental Solutions brands. Work in partnership with commercialization teams to devise effective launch plans, encompassing global product assets, competitive analysis, value-based pricing, training materials, and sales tools. Cultivate strong relationships with significant technology partners to enrich our digital ecosystem, drive innovation, and scale effective solutions. This position includes global responsibilities and may require travel of approximately 25% of your time. Required Skills / Qualifications / Certifications / Tech Stack Essential 3+ years in a technical or engineering role with a comprehensive understanding of fueling infrastructure. Proven ability to deliver precise technical feedback to ensure both hardware and software meet field requirements. Strong customer-oriented mindset with the capacity to engage effectively with end customers to drive product adoption. Willingness to travel 25% or more of the time. Preferable 2+ years of experience with Veeder-Root's Environmental Solutions portfolio. Salary & Benefits The base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, location, and internal equity.
