Join our dynamic team at Oracle North America Applications Consulting (NAAC)! We are on the lookout for an Oracle PPM Cloud Functional Lead who has a deep expertise in Project Accounting, Project Costing, and Project Billing. Experience in Grants Accounting is a valuable asset.
In this role, you will take on a leadership position in managing functional aspects of Oracle Cloud Projects applications, ensuring effective solution designs, comprehensive business process analysis, and seamless system integration. As a domain expert, your insights will drive the configuration and enhancement of Oracle Cloud modules.
With a robust understanding of Oracle Projects functionality, you will guide our teams in designing and developing applications while aiding in quarterly update testing and evaluating new features. Your analytical skills will be crucial in addressing business needs to facilitate successful deployments of the Oracle system.
This position provides an opportunity for technical and professional influence, where you will advocate for enhancements in Oracle products to meet complex customer needs. Utilize your creativity and independent judgment to develop methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria, delivering functional and technical expertise across a variety of business scenarios.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience with Oracle PPM/Projects Cloud (a combination of Cloud and EBS experience may be considered).
Oracle Projects Cloud certification is a plus.
Additional Qualifications: Proven leadership and client-facing skills.
Experience enhancing customer acceptance of Oracle solutions and services.
Demonstrated thought leadership in applying industry best practices to improve efficiency and profitability in client businesses.
Experience in delivering three or more full lifecycle Oracle Projects Cloud implementations, including hands-on configuration.
Involvement in daily operations for implementing Oracle Cloud Projects & Grants modules such as process design and implementation support.
Knowledge of integrations with financial modules including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, Fixed Assets, and General Ledger.
Ability to configure Oracle Applications tailored to client requirements and document application setups.
Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis workshops, and facilitating user training.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 60%.
